Mission Statement
Dr. B's Science Destinations is a unique program designed in putting students into an appropriate role of a scientist with an informal learning atmosphere where students can look at science in a very active and realistic way. They learn that science is fun and most importantly, that science makes sense of their world. Changes in science and technology occur so rapidly that it is imperative we provide our children with upgrades of the advances being made. This program is a continuing part of that continuing education outside the conventional classroom. It helps keep students abreast of science and technology through the integral discovery process. It is here that Dr. B's Science Destinations fills that gap by bridging concepts learned in the classroom to everyday life.

To Meet the Objective of Our Mission Our Goals are to:
- Provide each child with an approach to science that is fun, stimulating, challenging, and engaging, without artificial boundaries or stops.
- Stimulating learning with unique learning experiences, supporting each child's innate abilities in order to help develop that potential to the fullest.
- Provide the student with a safe and nurturing environment within which he or she feels safe to explore, investigate, develop, take risks and grow intellectually and socially.
- Foster in the children the ability to think critically and become problem solvers, to encourage in them a love and appreciation for the arts and sciences, to guide them on a path to help them become more independent and life-long learners.
- Provide academic challenges and opportunities for children, while nurturing their age-appropriate social and emotional growth.
- Strengthen and guide children in a manner that they are encouraged to utilize their intellect and compassion to society and benefit their fellow men and women.
