Lodging & Meals
We select motels, hotels, Inns and even bed and breakfast lodging facilities. It depends on where we are traveling and what is readily available. Our selection criteria are based on safety, cleanliness, comfort and services provided. King size and Queen size beds are the rule.

Meals
When traveling, we make it a point to have breakfast as a sit down
experience. The same is true for dinner. We select coffee shop
restaurants, family restaurants, buffets, military base mess halls and
cafeterias. During lunch time, we visit fast food services that can
also offer vegetarian meals or we have a food service company prepare
box lunches. On occasion, we purchase our own luncheon food items and
prepare our lunches to meet the nutritious needs of the students.
